I read Stizo's report on sakakwea and his daughter stated "She did not want to go because "we never catch any fish.""  - that one sentence should wrap it all into one --- the lake needs to be stocked- put away the conservation / naturalization thoughts and stock it with everything you can get your hands on.  Kids dont care if the fish are stunted - they just need to catch some fish - no matter what the size is.  Same with Audobon fill it full.
